Crate and Barrel's much cooler little sister, CB2, is opening soon on the Sunset Strip here in Los Angeles, and I am so excited. Frequent drive-bys show a lot of progress, and the website lists the opening time as early spring. In the meantime, I have to placate myself with the online catalogue. This moroccan-inspired flatware is hip and pretty inexpensive. I think the whole line together is too much, but a couple pieces mixed-in would be just right. I am going to buy the platter (not pictured) and maybe one or two of the soup bowls.
